Cornerstone Cardio And Wellness FAQs

1. Where are you located?

1617 Boulevard - Suite A, Colonial Heights VA 23834

2. Are there nearby landmarks to help me find the gym?

We are between Dunkin and NAPA, directly facing the Boulevard.

3. Are you open 24/7?

Our cardio gym does have 24/7 access. Our wellness side is by appointment only.

4. Do you have affordable membership prices?

Yes! Our memberships start as low at 34.99.

5. Do you have childcare facilities?

No. We currently do not have childcare facilities but we are located next to Tri-Cities Jiu-Jitsu where many members' children take classes.

6. What do I wear for a sauna session?

Less is More: Wear minimal clothing to maximize infrared absorption. Your core should be uncovered to raise the body's temperature. Swimming trunks for men, a bikini or sports bra and shorts suffice for ladies.

7. Should I eat or drink before a sauna session?

Drink plenty of water before and after to support detoxification. A small snack about an hour before your session is recommended. You don't want your sugar levels to drop while in the sauna but don't want your body working to burn access calories either.

8. What do I do in the sauna?

Relax, meditate, practice deep breathing, listen to music or simply enjoy the calming environment.

9. Do you offer single wellness sessions without a membership?

Yes, you are welcome to come in and pay per session.

10. What is Red Light Therapy?

RLT uses low-wavelength light to stimulate cellular energy, boost collagen, reduce inflammation, increase circulation, and more!
